In the early stages of a project, be it a commercial tenant improvement, or a new building on an empty site, CDA is here to help you with site evaluation, leasing consultation, testfitting, and whatever else you might need to determine the feasibility and the best path forward for your ideas.
architectural design
CDA offers full-service architectural design and together with a carefully chosen team of engineers and consultants. We will work together with you on the design of your project from start to finish.
construction documents, permitting, and bidding
CDA, in coordination with engineers and consultants, will prepare a concise set of construction documents and specifications consistent with what is required to obtain a building permit and work with local jurisdictions to get your project efficiently approved, as well as provide aid through the bidding and procurement process.
contract administration and construction representation
CDA will work with your construction team through the entire construction of your project to help the project run smoothly. This includes assisting with any issues that arise during construction, reviewing pay applications, RFIs, and submittals, as well as coordinating any revisions required to complete the project.
